Fugaitai (フガイタイ, Fugaitai) was a death row inmate from Behemdolg.

Fugaitai was an older man with a small moustache.

Fugaitai is presented as one of the blessed ones in death row, too dangerous to be used for fuel, recruited by Judah and Togata to fight Agni.
It's said he tried to take over Behemdolg, killing hundreds of soldiers before finally being defeated.
He faces Agni after Daida's death, attempting to throw him into the atmosphere using impaled metal spikes on his body. However, Agni is able to return to the ground by decapitating himself and defeats Fugaitai by throwing his burning arm at the inmate's face.

Fugaitai's Blessing allowed him to manipulate all iron within his field of vision which he could use in whatever way he saw fit such as impaling his targets with metal spikes.
